How bad is it torn up??? Maybe a pic???? The older ones are very fragile, but can be repaired with the right materials and a bit of reinforcement and backing.... Warpage and twisting can sometimes be taken out with a heat gun and a lot of patience....

3M makes a variety of different products that work quite well on these front ends, check with a 3M supplier and he'll get into his product catalog and show you which product works for what function of the repair.....
