    Rick,

    In todays day and age it's not likely that anyone will want a file of unknown origin emailed to them. Instead I suggest breaking up your "presentation" in to small parts and posting them to this thread.

    cutting curved glass is always a gamble. it takes time but i always sand them down on a wet belt. i'd rather spend the time sanding them to shape than chasing new pieces of glass.
