I say we all build them, try it for a couple of tanks of gas doing our usual commutes and then get back here and post our results. In my case, my 4x4 93 Toyota truck gets 20 mpg no matter what I do. It has for the last 10 years that I can remember. It also has about 170k on it, so it should be a good test vehicle!
Better yet, after you make one and test it out unhook it and send it to me. I'll do the same testing and pass it on to someone else.
