I'm sorry Tim. I thought you were kidding. You realy own a Honda? Pulsing at idle is caused by the computer. It's getting improper input from one of the sensors. The blinkers are draining power from one of the sensors. I would suspect a bad ground on one of your lights.
When my Aerostar was pulsing at idle it was a plugged air filter.
The maf sensor was trying to tell me about it.
