Anyone here work on volvos??
Just got a general question about one of em, before I get one for the wife. I figure some tech on here might know a little about them."oohh...thats gonna leave a mark!"
1997 s-10, 357 C.I., 350 turbo, speedpro 11:1,Comp Cam custom grind mech. roller, Canfield heads, 1.6 roller rockers, edelbrock tm-1, holley 750sp, Hooker Headers, MSD, 3K B&M stall, 4:11 gears

Well the qustion I had is that its a 1990 940 Turbo Wagon, well maintained, but all the parts places list 91-98 940's and not the 90. So I know its the 740 reskinned mostly, but a volvo site lists the 940 as being introduced in 1991 so Im confused, thus the need for an answered question. Ford bought Volvo around 1990 and at that time they changed things around... my friend has a '89 740 Turbo, pretty much indestructable cars. he no longer drives his as he bougt a newer JettaYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

I know where there is a nice and solid P544V, compleate with 1 back window broken out.... it's in a U pull it junk yard where they don't sell whole cars..
