I have a friend with a satin black '30 low-boy coupe that swears by the duster and an aquaintence with a satin black HD chopper that uses "only Windex, ever".
My Cobra had a satin black frame and firewall and I'd use my duster on the visible areas in the engine compartment with no noticeable difference...FWIW"Breathe in... Breathe out... then move on with life. Life's too short to sweat the small stuff"
