    Some sanding of the housing where the bushing fits, white lithium grease, and a big C-Clamp along with the correct size tubing and a couple pieces of steel.... Takes a bit of rigging to get everything set up, but they should go in easy and a lot easier on the new bushings then pounding the heck out of them with a bfh.....

    no it will not just make your hands cold you could try to pull the thru with 1/2threaded rod and some big socket and some grease
