    '94 jimmy wires

    Hey Gang,
I have the pleasure of figuing out why the headlight will not switch from
low to high on a '94 GMC Suburban (ex-police heavy duty 2500series)
low beams work but no high-

I pulled all the fuses one at a time to find the circuit but none made the lights go out when pulled
The some wires were cut and I think it had pulseing headlights
The turnsignal/dimmer stalk feels real loose yet the turn signals work.

Did the general use headlight relays ? where?
    Were the headlights fused? where?

Any idea what colors the wires would be for the headlights would be?
I see black --green-- blue w/white stripe wires on the left bulb and haven't pulled the battery to see what the wires on the left look like

we are thinking about installing a floor mounted switch and not messing with the tilt steering wheel .

any links showing the wiring diagram you guys know of- or do you happen have the wire colors in your head

    thanks
    hank
