Those are Woodlite headlights. I think the deal is they were an aftermarket light used in the '30's by various car builders, generally of high end cars (Packards, Rolls Royce, etc) Sort of an art deco touch. Many car builders back then did not make their own headlights, but used companies like Guide as vendors. Woodlites were not on the common cars, but just the more expensive models, I believe.
An original, nice set goes for like thousands of dollars. There are reproductions being made, but they are reported to be very rough casting of questionable quality, and require tons of shaping and buffing to get them done. You will see these reproductions on ebay from time to time. The ad says "some finishing required" but that seems to be an optimistic opinion.
