What about Z-Max?
Has anybody used this Z-max stuff, and what's your opinion of it?
I'm thinking of trying it on an old 4 cylinder engine to see if it helps it.

Sounds like more Snake Oil to me, "will not overfill your normal oil level, because it soaks into metal"

awe yes .. guarenteed to cure what ails ye .. i work in a machine shop that uses exotic metals for space work and some of it gets welded so we are`nt allowed to use certain types of coolants in our machining processes cause they will soak into the metals and contaminate welds .. there may be a ring of truth to what they sayiv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?

Well I've sure gotten old too so don't worry about it! I've had two bypass surgeries, new knees, fought prostate, cancer and diabetes. I'm half blind, can't hear anything quieter than a jet engine,...
