My 51 Chevy 3/4 ton needs a gas tank. My plan is to keep the tank behind the seat and add a second tank at the back between the rails. Were most guys route the filler pipe either out the side making a hole in the fender or up through the bed, I would like to route it out the back using the license plate as a cover like the cars of the late 5os and 6os. Has anyone done this to a pickup before? If so any advice????
