Hey Thanks Nova, I have heard that as well, but I hold that saying suspect, as do you. I buy 2 bolt main blocks and then install the 4 bolt spalyed billet caps, so in essence, mine supposedly would become a weaker block as well, go figure! In addition I partially cement my blocks. I keep the cement level 2.5 inches from the deck and run it on the streets, no problem.
