    Question teflon wrist pin buttons?

I use a teflon button on each end of the wrist pin when I put together my harley stuff. I am building another 350 for my truck and would like to find these if they are available.
Thursday night I blew the #2 cylinder on the freeway doing 70. I found a piece of aluminum from the piston that would normally be in the wrist pin area wedged against the frame rail. Somehow it managed to exit the two finger hole that has appeared in my oil pan......enter cell phone and a rollback at 8:30pm on said freeway.
This afternoon I took my "spare" over to the machine shop to get it started and tomorrow I start to remove the DOA.
If anyone has a source for these teflon keepers I would appreciate it. I wish I had used them this time last year, but hind sight is 20/20.
    Chris

I have not used any of the teflon buttons but I have used the aluminum buttons from JE pistons.
