I have an Econoline front axle on my T. I need to do the king pins, but what looks like bolts holding them in have the heads snapped off. Can I just drill them out or are they hardened, and it's not going to be easy?

I bought a king pin kit from TP and it came with retaining pins that seem to be much larger than the bolt's or whatever is in there now.
