Check the wheelbase. Most cars set on a truck frame end up looking like....a car on a truck frame... Lots of things to consider...floor modifications, front sheet metal mounting, fenderwell and tire clearance, getting the wheels centered in the wheel wells, etc.... No idea what the difference is between an S-10 pickup and an S-10 blazer frames are, either one requires the same considerations and the same amount of work!
