With the brake cylinder under the floor, you need 2# residual pressure valves (RPVs) in the front and rear lines. You also need a proportioning valve (PV) in the rear brake line. The RPVs stop the fluid from draining back to the MC from the wheel cylinders. The PV allows you to adjust braking pressure at the rear to keep the rear wheels from locking up first.
