    I used the E brake pedal off of a mid 70's Chevy truck. Not too dificult to set up as it just bolts on. Most GM pedals are the same, but different sizes.

    Lokar has a cable setup that will work from the pedal to whatever splitter setup you use. Splitter being something to operate the cables on each side. I used the stock splitter yoke from the 46. I think Lokar has something that will work for that too.
