The pressure valve is fine and probably worth considering, but my guess is that you had a caster setting that was incorrect or the toe was out under operating conditions. Either will give you 'twitch'Dave

There are several companies selling the pressure valves like the one from Heidt's. I don't have one on my car, but have many friends that have used them with much satisfaction. Never had a problem with my car being twitchy at 60 + mph, but steering is very quick at very slow speeds.
You get used to it, but could be a problem for someone unfamiliar with it. I would recommend getting the pressure valve if you have concerns.
