if that happens i have more problems then just the steering, any place the is a double D shaft going into a double D tube it has a set screw & locking nut to keep it in place. i drove our 40 chevy for 10yrs w/a shorter version of what u see w/o any problems in the over 50,000 miles we put on the car && why buy those HIGH $$$ Borgeson Joints when these do the same thing...joe
