That's what I mean about the poor instrctions - take the stud out of the headlight and use the stud in the Lokar conduit - I have King Bee's as well. The Lokar stuff works fine.

The ball mount on the bottom of the light fits the headlight bar without the round plate which is used by folks to mount the light directly to the grill shell. Discard the plate and original stud, hold the light bucket on the bar, then thread the Lokar bolt thru the hole in the bar and into the light. You do have to pull the Lokar wires out to do this.

This is a Lokar/King Bee setup - sorry about the detail but I can't recreate totally for a while because the car is blown apart for paint.
