Just coil it up. Be sure not to kink it. Its not a wire but a liquid filled tube.

The capillary tubes can be shortened, but you have to send it out to a gauge repair shop.

Tried both of those. Even had someone else try to hook it up while I leaned as far forward toward the dash as I could. Still wouldn't reach.:confused:Quote:
