Just coil it up. Be sure not to kink it. Its not a wire but a liquid filled tube.

The capillary tubes can be shortened, but you have to send it out to a gauge repair shop.

It is a 392 Hemi and it is the water cross over pipe that connects to front of each head. The 291 Hemi that I first had in the car, it went into back of head and the original gauge was used and worked fine.Quote:

You can drill and tap a hole in the intake, where it covers the rear water passage.
