It sounds to me like it is either as Don said the wrong mix or just not enough gas. The same thing happens with Mig when you are out of gas or not enough.Charlie

Thanks for the suggestions,we use strictly argon for our tig and a 25-75 for our mig.It could be the electrode as I do use a grinder to sharpen often.When it occured yesterday I thought the gas flow was to much as it seemed like it was pushing the metal out.Was better after dropping the flow but still did happen.What about to much amperage?Thanks.
