Looks like a pooper scooper to me. You mount it below the rad support. Depending on the tire size, you might have to shim it up or down. It looks to be reverse able. Let us know how it works, hopefully you have a dog.Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
