Rocker pins
Hey guys it's me again...
I've got my '67 El Camino up and running. But I've run into abit of an issue. Seems like a few of the Rocker arm studs are pulling out of the head as I adjust the rockers
.
I've been shopping around for some nice heads, but honestly can't afford'em right now. The guys at Alamo Performance here in San Antonio turned me on to a pin set made by Mr.Ga sket made for this application. Apparently I have to tap the stubs bask in, drill a hole through the head and stud, then insert these dowel.
I guess my question is...has anyone ever done this or heard of it done, if so does it work??? Thanks.

Thanks guys! It's been a long road. Fun doing finishing work for sure. Getting the dash ready for paint and some interior trim. Have to do some finish work on the aluminum headliner before...
