anyone know what horsepower the heads on a 1970 454 with a single square on the end of the head?

trying to figure out if i would be better off rebuilding these heads or shelling out a bundle for alum heads

i have a 454 out of a 1970 chevell that was in my camro when i bought it and i am trying to get 500 hp out of it and i didn't know if these heads could bring it up to that.
