Unless the cab is torqued or bent diagonally, it looks to be a not-too-bad repair job.

A new door, sill plate & rocker, cab lower corner and bed repair or replacement if the cost isn't too high would do it from what I can see.

You should be able to find what you need in your area.

I visited my daughter at Mtn Home AFB a few years back and was surprised at how many pickups are in wrecking yards there.
Fairly complete in many cases.

Not so true in SoCal where a pickup is just about gone in one week....
