Yeah, the later mod motors are coil-on-plug w/ the computer doing the spark distribution action. You can convert them fairly easily to aftermarket crank-trigger ignition systems if you're looking to use non-OEM induction. Unfortunately there are currently no off-the-shelf carb manifolds for the SOHC motors. We're currently working on a u-fab-it-style log manifold for our mod motor installation kits, but I don't know of any other plans for aftermarket induction for the SOHCs.
