    69 Camaro chambered exhaust

Does anybody know what a second design 69 Camaro chambered exhaust looked like ? Do you have any drawings or photos. And what was the whole idea of chambered exhausts. From what I can understand, they were pipes of varying diameters and ran no mufflers.
