Thanks Henry,BigDude. Since I will want to keep the pinion in the same place I'll cut off 2" from each side(and will measure 5-6 times) Once cut a frame that I had mocked up and did a quick measurement(to quick) and wound up about an 1" short and had to recut the other side but never looked right after that.
