In my reply to your email I didn't realize you were looking at a completed car, so the portion of the comments about the cost of building won't apply. However, I'll still stand by my remarks about quality, design quirks, market value, and perception. While I respect the comments of the others, it's easy to tell you "do what you want or makes you happy", and certainly this car has eye-ball in a picture (if it's your style), but the hot rod market is changing. If you don't get it dirt cheap you'll get nailed later when you have to part with it.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

Most of the people who don't like Street Beast cars are professional builders and people in the hobby for investment purposes. I know of several people who own Street Beast cars and they are all very happy with them. If it is well built and priced right and if you know going in that there maybe a small market for it in the future than go for it. The car in the picture is super looking, probably one of the best looking Street Beast cars I have seen, actually better than a lot of other glass or steel 34's. Who knows, hopefully you won't have any problems with it, and no accidents, and might just keep it for a long time. If that happens, not only will you be financially ahead of the game , but you will have had many years of enjoyment from the car and from the hobby.
If you're paying a reasonable price for it, get it. It sure looks good.

It's like showing up at your high school reunion with an inflatable woman....all the other guys will have something closer to the real thing.....but if she makes you happy......so be it. Uncle Bob's resale statement is valid too so
be careful about the purchase price.....remember that it's current value is also less so adjust your offer accordingly.
