if you have a mig welder you can tack weld a pull plate on the edge of the cab side you can make pull hooks out of 3/8 flat steel to to fit the need if you can get behide the jam. if you tack one like i said 1/8 will work good if not moving to much steel .chain it down from move when pulling on it you can use a car tree etc to keep it from moveing . and block it up to from working on the trucks suspension a small chain fall or a comealong will work on the pull plate. BE VERY CAREFUL if thing come off you do not want to be in the way you will lose. when you start to get a good hook on it and start to pull work out the steel and hammer all around a bit is will help unlock the steel and help hold it in place. there is much to this and take you time and think .i have pulled cars and trucks for many years . hope this helps
