    for a easy fix is to fiber glass if the holes are small and put duct tape on the back side and lay the glass up on the inside when glass sets up pull the tape off the back side of the floor if you do this this way it work good on sanding or stuff running out of the hole when you lay up the glass or cut and but weld a new pice of steel in
