Does anyone have any great ideas for getting out rusty exhaust manifold bolts. I have a 87 dodge truck that i restored in 96. What started out to be somewhat of a show truck ended up being one heck of a plow truck. Anyway my right manifold cracked and blew out the gasket and of course the bolts are rusted solid. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

First the obvious. Spray the penetrating oil of your choice on the bolts and let them set for a s long ast you can. Next, rap sharply on the bolt heads with a hammer being careful not to distort the bolt head. They should come out pretty easily after that.
