Thread: What windshield frames will fit a 1941 GMC?

I recently traded for a 1941 GMC pickup rat rod and its in need of a new windshield frame. I was wondering what other cars and trucks used the same windshield frame as a 1941 GMC. I heard that 39-46 GMC pickups and 40-45 Chevy pickup frames work, but im not sure. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.

41 to 46 have the same cab,most big trucks will work too but there is a very large truck that has a different cab and I dont know what ton rating it is so everything up to about 3 ton should work. 39 and 40 are similar but I cant say for sure that it would work. Jeff
