toro, it's more often referred to as fender welt, or welting. Here's one source, usually sold 25-30' per box, available in several colors. http://www.julianos.com/Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

Might want to check with your local upholsterer....we have a guy here who makes it up for us , any color any style of vinyl or whatever and he has different daimeters as well. I have him make the "tail" extra long so it's easier to pull down into place.

Yeah, what Abone said. I have a upholstery pal do the same for me. We have swapped out work and parts for years. Does wonderes to keep the upholstery bill down, too.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Run, don't walk to Juliano's Hot Rod Parts...
 (or just go to www.julianos.com)
They sell the piping in standard colors for $30.00 for a 30 foot roll, or will custom match your color for $2.00 a foot...

Here is a pic of what they matched up for my pickup... It ended up being Lincoln Navigator yellow!? (You ever see a Navigator this color???) Skip the buffer part. it was the first pic I found that showed the piping...

Great place, quick service. (They matched mine up to a paint stirrer stick of yellow....)

 Hope it helps.
