Yes, that is a pressure type blaster, not an old syphon feed. They work surprisingly well, because there is air pressure forcing the sand from the red canister into a Tee valve where the high pressure blast picks it up to blow out the nozzle. They work very good, far more consistent and heavier flow of blasting sand while they are operating.----You do need a fairly big 6 to 9 CFM compressor (2 cylinder) to run one, or you spend a lot of time waiting for your compressor to "catch up"
