Any tubing cutter or plumbers pipe cutter large enough to accept the tubing will work and give a nice square end. The only problem is that it will leave a very sharp burr inside the tubing that will cut you real bad if you don't file it smooth. Go slow a little at a time. Of course a chop saw will do it quickly also.
