I've got a couple of bolts with what I assume to be LEDs (could they be something else??) built into them that function as license plate lights. They were installed by the pervious owner so I have no idea what exactly they are. Need to wire them back into the system. I need to know if they should be wired in series or in paralell.

Any Ideas??
