I think you should sell the car, to me. J/k.
It is normal for water exiting the exhaust pipes for the first few minutes after a cold start up. Furthermore, it is normal for the reservoir to be full at shut off, and then after it is cooled down, for there to be less water in the reservoir. It is designed to do this. In this way the radiator gets filled each time after shut down.
What is not normal, is to have water in the cooling system. This stuff evaporates. Try some anti-freeze. This newly developed solution has a higher boiling point, plus it doesn’t evaporate. Neet huh? Hope this helps.Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
