Don----fiberglass has to be one of the most versatile mediums in the world to work with. If all else fails, make the exact shape you need by folding, gluing, and taping rigid cardboard to get the shape you need. Fiberglass it with cloth and mat, let it harden for 3 days, then soak it in water for 24 hours and scrape the cardboard out.
