63 mercury project
Hey all,
I am starting a new sled project from a 63 merc. Wondering if anyone in here has rodded a 63, and if there are any quirks that you ran into on that model. I will be bagging it, shaving the handles, and trimming the molding to name a few.

I bought the 76 in August , but haven't been able to work on it. When I get a chance I'll post some pictures.
