If you go on just about any chat or message board and ask about anyone going to your area and who may be willing to do a deadend, then you should be able to get some responses. I notice this works at antique sites, such as ahooga.com or fordbarn.com. Maybe someone is running an empty truck near you and can take on such a load for you at a good price.
