hmm. What im gonna do is build this motor for my truck, just an all around fun performer and then just keep putting money back until i can afford what i want to do. it might be awhile but i should be able to make it happen. Also, i might buy another car, something good on gas, sell my truck with the new motor/new transmission, and use that money for buying a rolling chassis for a couple hundred from someone that has too many projects (i.e EBAY) and then dump the rest of my money into the engine on the drag car. Ill spend about 500 on the new engine for my truck and it will up the resell by at least 1000 and couple that with the new transmission, i'd like to think that it will sell for 3000-3500. Pay 500 for a good rolling chassis and then id have 3000 dollars to use on an engine...Think that will get me a ways down the road for a drag car? I also have 800 in the bank, and i get paid on saturday...thatll add 200 more so it might work out...
