just finished my 66 impala convert. you should change out the old brake fluid to auto trans fliud. won't dry out and cake like brake fluid. pull plug on pump,the spouts on most trans oil cans can be cut to fit. fill with fluid 75%,or bottom of hole leave plug cocked to the side not pushed in, put rag under plug, cycle top once check oil. repeat if ness.
