Dave, generally speaking, if you follow the old saying about "you get what you pay for" you'll be o.k. Avoid cheap gauges and offshore crap. Stick with the nationally advertised brands that have been around for a while. VDO, Autometer, GM Performance, Ford Racing, etc.
