    You can buy reservoir's and you can get electrical pumps as well. I'd make sure that you give it a good tune up and check the timing and such and make sure you don't have a vacuum leak to begin with, then go from there. Also, check ALL of your vacuum lines and make sure you don't have any leaks. If it is an automatic, check your modulator line and make sure it is not leaking (does it shift ok?). Spray some carb cleaner around the intake and carb base and such and see if your RPM's change. If they change, you have a leak...just be careful with that cleaner, you don't want to start a fire.
