The Deuce Factory used to sell a U-Joint like that.

It had bushings instead of needle bearings and only lasted a few years.

A Borgeson or Flaming River is a much better replacement and if you paint it, it won't look too out of place.

If the steering shaft is modified already, then a different U-joint shouldn't look too far out of place.

I don't know if you have access to American cars in the UK junkyards, but some of them have the U-joint you're looking for although you need to be careful that it's not a 3/4" - 36.
