Rubber lines are dangerous, they tend to get knocked loose or have holes punched in them when they are under the car---sometimes leading to a fire. Like pro said, replace the steel lines with new steel lines, keep the length of rubber lines to an absolute minimun. I usually take old gas tanks to a radiator shop and have them boiled out, then coat them with a tank sealer (available at auto parts stores)Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
