Use as large as 4 core rad you can get in the shroud. More than 4 will restrict airflow. Use as large and as many bladed fan you can get in there. Overdrive the waterpump by using a smaller diameter pulley. Looks funky but make a fan shroud to fit. Space the fan about 1 1/2" from the rad and the shroud to fit about 2/3rds over the fan. Use a weak (about 20 percent for anticorrosion) antifreeze mix with a transfer enhancer. Don't forget it in the fall. Make a coolant recovery system that will hold about 3 quarts.
